Bio Tree Biotechnology’s enzyme beverages are brewed using the OFALtech 369 technology, originating from Japan. The tropical climate in Malaysia made it the optimal setting for brewing high quality and high energy enzyme. The ideal climate will gives the enzyme its own special mellow taste, which is aromatic and smooth on the throat.
With the OFALtech 369 system, the brewing period go through 3 major stages. The first phase lasts for 3 weeks, where the extraction of the nutrients begins with aspergillus oryzae. Next, the enzymes will go through 6 weeks of brewing. The final stage, which is most critical, lasts for around 9 months, where the microbes will work to dissipate the alcohol.
The microbes used in the brewing process are specially selected for the brewing process to ensure optimal extraction of the nutrients. The extraction methods are based on the theory of osmotic pressure to preserve all the nutrients in the original fluid and prevent them from being destroyed. Liquid is extracted slowly in an almost natural state. The whole process, from raw materials up to delivery, is certified Good Manufacturing Process (GMP), HACCP and ISO 22000:2005 by SGS, an internationally recognized and respected certification body.
